This innovative cruising cat combines great live-aboard accommodations with thoroughly modern sailing and powering systems. She benefits from wide uncluttered decks and stable motion underway, allowing easy movement around the yacht both under sail and at anchor. The helm station was designed to enable a reduced crew to maneuver without difficulty. All the control lines can be handled by one person from the helm station. Wide transom steps and swim ladders, makes access to the dinghy or a dip in the sea, very easy. The spacious and social saloon area opens up through large companionway sliding doors to the cockpit with large bench seats and table, giving an inside/ outside living area and fine surroundings for al fresco dining. The cockpit is protected from the sun and bad weather by a rigid bimini top. The Lagoon 420 catamaran has four spacious and equally sized double cabins with en suite heads and showers,plus a crew cabin. A full complement of electronics is included: GPS, chart plotter, autopilot,electronic charts,etc. The Lagoon 420 holds over 900 liters of water which makes stops at the shore for water infrequent. She is powered by two fuel-efficient Yanmar 40 hp motors which allow her to cruise at an effortless 7 knots for those times when the wind is not cooperating.
